1. What we collect

Information you submit through the form:

• your name or how to address you;
• a contact of your choice (WeChat, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or email);
• a description of your project and the services you select;
• technical details of the submission: page address, page language, campaign tags (UTM), time of submission;
• the time you gave consent and the version of this policy.

We don’t need sensitive personal information. Please don’t include ID numbers, bank details, health information or similar data in your message.

Information generated automatically when you visit: server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access, requested page) and anonymous visit statistics (see section 5).

2. Why we process it

We process your personal information only to:

• reply to your inquiry and discuss your project;
• prepare a proposal and quote at your request, and conclude and perform a contract;
• keep the website running and secure;
• understand, in aggregated and anonymous form, how the website is used, and improve it.

Legal basis: your consent, and the processing being necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party (Article 13 of the Personal Information Protection Law).

We don’t sell your personal information, don’t send you marketing messages without your separate consent, and don’t use automated decision-making.

3. Storage location and cross-border transfer

The information you submit through the form and the server logs are stored on a server located outside mainland China. This counts as providing personal information outside China, so the form asks for your separate consent with its own checkbox.

The server is provided by a technical service provider we have entrusted. It processes the information only on our instructions, only for the purposes described in this policy, and must keep it confidential. We remain responsible for how your personal information is handled. Method: when you submit the form, the data goes directly to that server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Types of information: the form and technical information listed in section 1.

You can exercise all the rights listed in section 8 with us using the contact details under “Personal information handler”, including for information stored abroad.

4. Sharing with third parties

We don’t provide your personal information to third parties, except:

• technical service providers that keep the website running (such as server hosting): when we entrust them with processing, they must follow only our instructions and keep the information confidential;
• when required by law or by a competent authority acting under the law.

5. Website statistics and local storage

We use self-hosted website statistics. They use no cookies, don’t store full IP addresses and don’t identify you. Only aggregated data is recorded: pages visited, referring website, device and browser type, country or region, and events such as button clicks, language switches and form submissions.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit isn’t recorded.

This website uses no cookies. Your browser’s local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) only remembers the language you chose and whether the intro and the language hint have already been shown. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

6. How long we keep it

• inquiries: for as long as needed to reply and discuss working together; if we don’t start working together, for no more than 12 months after our last contact;
• if we work together: for the term of the contract and for the period required by law;
• server logs: 6 months, as required by the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China.

After that, we delete or anonymize the information.

7. How we protect it

We take measures appropriate to the risk: HTTPS encryption across the whole site, strictly limited access (only the people handling inquiries can see them), and collecting only what is necessary.

If a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify you and report it to the competent authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
• correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete information;
• ask us to delete your personal information;
• withdraw your consent (this doesn’t affect processing carried out before you withdrew it);
• ask us to explain this policy;
• where the conditions set by the cyberspace authorities are met, ask us to transfer your personal information to another handler you designate.

Email us at the address under “Personal information handler”. To protect your information, we may verify your identity through the contact you used when submitting the form. We will reply within 15 working days.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information of children under 14; if we find we have, we delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The updated version will be published on this page with its effective date. If the changes are significant, we will highlight them on the website and, where required, ask for your consent again.
